Bourghal is made from wheat grains that have been steamed and cracked, then dehydrated. Our Australian-grown and processed Bourghal has a subtle wheat flavour and aroma, a light, fluffy consistency and slightly chewy texture when prepared, making it a convenient ingredient to add to baked goods, salads and savoury dishes.
