Our Organic White Self-Raising Flour is made by milling Australian grown whole-wheat grain, sifting off the bran and then adding the leavening agents. It has a fresh wheat flavour and aroma, natural off-white colour and fine texture.
This flavoursome flour can be used as all-purpose Self-Raising flour and is suitable for all baking and everyday cooking needs.
