Psyllium Powder

Psyllium Husks are the outer layer of Psyllium Seeds and have a mild, nutty flavour and aroma. When ground, this excellent form of dietary fibre, can be conveniently added to breakfast foods, baked goods, savoury dishes or even to drinks, without having too intense an effect on texture.
